After 25 years, Olga finds her friend back in CanadaOlga’s greatest wish is to find back her child-hood love Roger. The storyOlga and Roger met in 1954, Olga was eighteen years old. They had a short affair. At that time, Roger was teaching philosophy at the Government Institution for Social Sciences at Kortrijk-Belgium. Olga was one of his students. The two were very much in love, but the relationship was broken off because of family differences. Later on, Roger took off for Stanleyville-Belgian Congo, to work as an ‘inspector of schoolteaching’. After that, he became a diplomat and travelled around the world. Twenty-five years ago, Olga saw Roger for the last time. After that, the contact ‘watered down’. The last time she heard of him was that he was most likely living in Bruges-Belgium. People Finder has found...Roger was found back, but not in Bruges though. At the present, Roger lives in Ontario-Canada. Roger was very glad to hear of Olga. They are planning a possible reunion within a couple of months, in the meantime they have been calling each other on the phone lots of times. Olga has restored contact with Roger’s sister as well, they are meeting each other next week. Olga: “Thank you very much. I sincerely hope that your organisation will continue to be able to make a lot of other people very very happy. Unfortunately, we are very sorry to learn that Roger passed away on December the 7th 2004. We wish Olga courage and a lot of strength. |
